Do you charge a consultation fee?

No. We do not charge for consultations, they're always free!   There is no obligation required when attending a consultation. The purpose of our consultations is to meet our potential members, discuss their various business needs / ideas, and introduce our various service options. Our members proceed whenever they're ready.

Are there any hidden charges and fees?

No. The only additional charge associated with your service package rate is the usual Sales Tax.

Can I cancel my services and get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Upon registering, your services will begin immediately. Therefore, all Membership Fees are final.  If you do not utilize your services for 30-days or more, we will temporarily suspend your membership to avoid future charges and provide a full refund for that specific month if you wish to cancel.   Otherwise, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable at any time.

How long does it take to see results?

Depending on the business plan(s) and concept(s), we estimate a turnaround time of approximately 6-12 months upon starting a new business. For exisiting businesses, we estimate a turnaround time of approximately 3-6 months, sometimes even within 2-4 weeks.

Is there any commitment required?

No. We do not require any long-term commitments. Our membership is on a month to month basis, so you may cancel at any time without penalty.

Do I have to sign a contract?

All members are required to sign a Member Service Agreement upon registration. The Member Service Agreement does not require any long-term nor minumum commitments and is solely to provide terms related to the services to protect Valiabiz and our Members.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

No. We accept members of all ages. It's never "too early" or "too late" to start and/or expand your business.   However, members under the age of 18 years old are required to be accompanied by a parent / guardian at all times and proof of identification and relation is required upon registration.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Failure to make a payment within 30 days of the specified due date will result in a temporary suspension of services. Services can be reactivated once the previous and current months are paid in full. Failure to reactivate within 60 days will result in an automatic cancellation of your membership. When a membership is canceled, you will be required to pay a one-time Reactivation Fee of $250.00 to reactivate in addition to your previous and current months.

Can I change my dedicated Business Consultant?

Of course. If you are dissatisfied with the Business Consultant assigned to you, you may submit a "Change Request" by emailing us at support@valiabiz.com or call us toll-free at (888) 786-5506.   You will not be charged for changing your Business Consultant. We may ask for reasoning and basic contact information to begin an investigation if needed.

How soon do my services start after registering?

Upon registration, your services will begin immediately. All new Members are scheduled for an Introduction Call with their assigned Business Consultant to establish a plan for their business and delegate tasks accordingly so our Service Fulfillment Team can fulfill them.

What if I want to register more than one business for a Valiabiz Membership?

Members are allowed to add more than one business to their account. In fact, you can add as many as you'd like.   However, you are required to sign a new proposal, contract, and pay an additional Membership Fee per business.

What are the Member requirements?

The following are the requirements to become a Valiabiz Member:  - Must be at least 18 years old or a parent / guardian must be present at all times. - Must have a business idea or established business / business model. - Must be based out of the United States.  Although it's not a requirement, we highly recommend that all members obtain enough liquid capital to be able to afford all third-party related expenses associated with fulfilling your requested services.

How many users can I add to my portal account?

You can add as many users as you'd like to your Member Portal Account at no additional cost. We charge per entire business location, never per user.
